At ReformPadel, we believe sport and well-being should be accessible to everyone — not just a privileged few.
That’s why, alongside ReformPadel Limited, we’ve established ReformPadel CIC (Community Interest Company)—a not-for-profit organisation set up to deliver real impact across Tyne and Wear and surrounding areas. We have big plans, and our mission for the next 5 years, is to help all areas around the UK.
ReformPadel CIC exists to support people in our community who face barriers to physical activity, whether due to disability, income, age, or social isolation.
Through ReformPadel CIC, we will:
Offer free or subsidised coaching, court access, and wellness events.
Develop accessible facilities like inclusive changing and shower spaces.
Run school, youth, and outreach programmes.
Collaborate with local charities and partners to deliver wellbeing initiatives.
ReformPadel Limited and ReformPadel CIC are part of the same group and work together to grow padel in the North East. Any profits generated by the CIC are locked into the community and reinvested for public benefit — not private shareholders.
This dual structure allows us to scale sustainably, apply for community grant funding, and give back in a meaningful way.
If you're a school, charity, or community group interested in partnering with ReformPadel CIC or you'd like to donate or support our mission, get in touch. We’d love to hear from you and meet for a coffee.
